Your experience is worth sharing

Tell members who you are and what you can help with. It takes a few minutes and you can edit everything later.

• About you. A short bio of 10 to 2,000 characters: your background, experience and the kind of questions you enjoy.
• Specialties. Pick every category that fits, up to 20. This is how members find you when they browse.
• Languages. List up to 10 languages you’re happy to answer in.
• Location, if you like. City and country are optional and shown publicly, which helps members looking for someone nearby.

You decide what your time is worth. All prices are in US dollars.

• Text questions. A fixed price for a written answer.
• Voice answers. A fixed price for a recorded voice reply.
• Live calls. A per-minute rate. Members book 15, 30 or 60 minutes and pay for the length they book.
• Personalized videos. Optional. Switch it on and set a price, or leave it off. You can pause video requests at any time.

You can change any price later from your profile.

Our team reads every application before a profile goes live, so members know each expert has been checked by a person.

• Confirmation. We email you as soon as your application arrives. We aim to review it within 24–48 hours.
• The decision. You’ll get an email either way. Once approved, your profile appears to members.
• Take your time. A decision on an application is final, so it’s worth making your bio and specialties complete before you submit.

Upload an ID or a credential so we can confirm you are who you say you are.

• What to upload. A government ID or a professional credential. Up to 5 files, as JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF.
• Kept private. Only our review team can open your documents, through short-lived secure links, and every view is logged.
• What members see. A “Verified expert” badge on your profile and cards. Never your documents.

Everything happens from your expert dashboard, on your own schedule.

• Questions. Answer from your queue in text, voice or video.
• Calls. Set your availability, then accept or decline each request, or turn on auto-accept. Requests left unanswered are declined automatically and the member isn’t charged.
• Videos. Deliver within 7 days. If a video isn’t delivered in time, the member is refunded in full automatically.
• If plans change. If you cancel a confirmed call, the member gets a full refund.

Earnings are paid out to your bank through Stripe, our payments partner.

• Connect payouts. Set up a Stripe account from your dashboard. It takes a few minutes, and it’s needed before we can pay you.
• Weekly payouts. Earnings are grouped into a weekly payout once each payment has cleared a short holding period.
• Fees. Shai keeps a platform fee from each payment, and card-processing costs come out of your share.
• Track it. Your earnings page shows what you’ve earned over time.
